Here we are again. Somewhere near 6 weeks into trying to take a higher level of control over my health. I have managed to maintain a far greater amount of Alkaline food into my diet, dropped the intake of sugar drastically and maintain a moderate amount of exercise.
The alkaline food efforts have been a tad tricky as realistically we ate a load of acidic food before. The good thing, for me is that the Alkaline food taste’s OK.
One thing that has been tricky, is the discrepancies between the variety of Alkaline food lists available all over the place.

I recognise that there is a need to try to limit the amount of change that I apply. To try to change too many areas will become inconvenient and resultantly unsuccessful.
I read a good blog post the other day speaking to the benefit attached to identifying role model behaviour to work towards. Put someone in your shoes: http://lnkd.in/bCvz643
Just read a relieving document stating that being outside in the sun, generating vitamin D helps immune system strength and that’s got to be good for lessening the instability driving RA.

A few days later again, whoops.
Have been keeping up the Alkaline intake, exercise and feel clear headed and keen to keep doing so. That’s got to be good news.
