Needs for Inquiry

As I sit, surrounded by enthusiasm, experience, expertise and passion, i repeatedly snap back to thoughts, that in my opinion are hindering our efforts towards establishing effective ICT rich educational processes.

When curriculum are tied to university entrance requirements, how might we establish a true inquiry based environment, where learners direct their learning, and move away from a content focused environment.

Are University Strategic Missions being developed in such a way that they encourage educational environments to adopt and adapt to current global needs?
